So you have already done a startup. You just did it inside someone else’s brand, and handed the keys over at the end.
This time you would own part of what you build.
About HRV Club
HRV Club is building nervous system fitness for ambitious India.
The ability to move between effort and recovery is one of the most important capacities a person can build. To push hard when life demands it. And to come all the way back when it does not.
For decades, we have learnt how to train the body for strength, endurance and performance. We have built gyms around it, industries around it and habits around it. We have barely built anything around our ability to recover.
A growing part of everyday load is no longer physical. It is screens, information, decisions, traffic and constant stimulation. Millions of people now measure the effect through sleep scores, HRV, stress and recovery data.
Measurement arrived. The intervention layer did not. We are building it.
We are starting with physical clubs, built around heat, cold, breath, light and stillness, where recovery becomes something you practise regularly, in the middle of a city and the middle of a normal week. Not something you escape to on a holiday. Not something you do only when something has already gone wrong.
The club is our first product, not the company.
On top of that we are building an intelligence layer, using wearable and health data to understand someone’s state, personalise what they do, and learn what actually works for them over time.
The clubs are where we learn. Intelligence is how that learning reaches far more people.
Our ambition is to make nervous system fitness as normal a part of health as physical fitness became before it.
The first HRV Club is being built in Gurgaon now.
The HRV Club
HRV Club is building a new kind of members’ club around health, recovery and nervous system fitness.
The hospitality and community of a great members’ club, built around helping ambitious people feel better, recover better and perform better in everyday life.
We are starting with communal sauna, hot and cold baths inspired by Japanese onsen and Scandinavian sauna culture, alongside breathwork, recovery, curated events and real social connection. The first club opens in Gurgaon in Dec ’26.
Social recovery formats are already growing across Singapore, the US and Europe. What has not existed is a version built thoughtfully for India, bringing hospitality, community and recovery together under one roof.
Who is around this
Around HRV Club are founders and operators who have built some of India’s strongest consumer health businesses, including people behind Cult.fit, Ultrahuman and Temple.
You will work directly with the founder and get access to people who have already scaled consumer businesses from the first location to national scale.
For someone joining at Club 01, that is an unusual room to be in.
What you would own
The end-to-end club experience and the operating system behind it. How a member moves through the space, how the team delivers service, how the club feels at 8am and 8pm, and how consistently that standard holds every day.
You will own the team, training, staffing, safety, inventory, maintenance, service quality and the day-to-day economics of running the club. And you will turn everything we learn from Club 01 into the playbook for Club 02, Club 03 and eventually a network of 100+ clubs across India and other major cities in Asia.
The details matter. Fragrance, towels, changing rooms, cleanliness, sound, member feedback. The job is to build a system where the details stay right even when you are not in the room.
Where this can go
Club 02 opens about six months after Club 01. Our ambition is 25 clubs across India in five years, and 100+ over the next decade across India and cities like Dubai and Singapore.
Your first job is to make Club 01 work exceptionally well and build an operating system that can travel.
If you do that well, your role grows with the network. From one club, to multiple clubs, to eventually leading operations and experience across HRV Club.
If you are coming from hospitality
You may have spent the last eight or ten years becoming excellent at hospitality and operations. Here, that remains your core craft. But you also get much closer to how the whole business is built.
You will work directly with the founder and see how pricing is decided, how the next location is chosen, how we hire, how the brand gets built, how budgets work and how one good club becomes a repeatable business.
You will also have much less infrastructure around you than you would in a large hotel. There will not be a separate team for every problem or a ready SOP for everything. You will help build many of those systems yourself.
So this is not a move away from hospitality. It is a chance to use everything you have learnt in hospitality to build something from the beginning, with much more ownership and exposure to the business around it.
A word on equity
If you have spent your career in hotels, you may never have been offered equity before. It means owning a small part of the company you are helping build. It only becomes valuable if the company becomes valuable, so there is real risk in it.
But part of the value you help create can belong to you. I will explain the actual numbers and vesting clearly in the first conversation.
Who we are looking for
- 8+ years in premium hospitality, ideally with at least one pre-opening where you were directly responsible for getting the property operational.
- You have led teams on the floor, hired and trained people, and been accountable when the operation did not go to plan.
- Your bar for the member experience is unusually high. You notice things other people walk past.
- You understand hospitality as the craft of making another human feel considered.
- You also understand the machine underneath it: staffing, inventory, procurement, costs, maintenance, hygiene and service standards.
- You stay calm when the floor does not cooperate.
- You enjoy talking to members. This is a social club, not a spa. The room has to feel alive.
- And you have a genuine personal interest in health, training, recovery or performance. You should want to use the product yourself.

Cash above what a comparable hospitality role pays, plus equity. I will give you the actual number in the first conversation rather than making you guess.
